Terms & Conditions
Authorization required prior to any returns. Item is described as best as reasonably expected. Authorized returns shall only be allowed should item not be received as described. New-Unopened items being returned shall be subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fee. If you received Free Shipping for this item, actual shipping costs shall be deducted from the original amount once the return is approved. If you paid shipping for this item, then only the amount of the item shall be refunded less fees as described. It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to inspect the package prior to signing (if applicable). Therefore, you should take the time to open the package to ensure everything looks acceptable prior to signing (if applicable). SHOULD THE PACKAGE LOOK DAMAGED DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND HAVE SHIPPER RETURN THE PACKAGE. If item is opened after receipt and found broken or damaged, immediately notify us so that we may start a claim. Claims can only be opened if you oaid for insurance on shipping. You also have the right to go to your local Shipping Service and show them the damage upon receipt (this is harder to prove and therefore it is strongly recommended you open the package before signing (again - if applicable)). We cannot stress the importance of requesting for and paying the extra cost of insurance on the more expensive items. Please select to add insurance at checkout.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
It is unfortunate that there are sellers in the world who decide to move their inventory at below cost pricing. Sometimes they do this because they are afraid of holding on to their invontory or perhaps they do it to draw you into their store or website. Whatever the reason for doing this, we shall not be pulled into the spiriling abiss. Once you commit and pay for an item, these policies shall be enforced. We thank you for understanding.
30% Restocking Fee for "NEW & Unopened" merchandise. No returns or refunds on Statues, POP!, Bobble Head or Action Figures as these are considered collectibles and lose value once shipped. Should item arrive damaged, please refer to the above policy.

25% Cancellation Fee for orders placed and cancelled once processed and paid for and prior to shipping. Once item is shipped, the above Restocking policy shall be followed.
40% non-refundable deposit on Layaway items.
Privacy Policy
We never share your personal information including emails, addresses, names and the like - period. Any and all credit card information is destroyed onced processed - if received by telephone. We do not accept credit card information over the internet. Should you send an email with your private information, it shall be immediately destroyed upon receipt. A follow up phone call shall be made to obtain necessary information.
PRE-ORDERS Policy
PRE-ORDERS are to be paid in FULL. There is a 25% cancellaiotion fee as these are special orders straight from the manufacturer. Once purchased, they shall ship to you once arrived. We strongly suggest you take shipping insurance as well as ask for shipping signature on any and all PRE-ORDERS.
DATES are estimated by manufacturer. Although EXTREMELY RARE item may be delayed for an indeterminate amount of time. Although we strive to meet the demands of the buyer, our hands are tied as to when the manufacturer shall finish the production run. Only after the manufacturer states they shall not deliver on promised item, is when your payment shall be refunded 100%.
Shipping Policy
All shipping is paid by customer unless otherwise noted via sales announcement, coupons or the like. Our main shipper is USPS Priority 2-3 day. All shipping is calculated based on weight in ranges of up to 1lb, 1-2lbs, 2-5lbs, 5-10lbs, 10-15lbs, 15-20lbs, 20-25lbs, 25-35lbs, 35-50lbs, 50lbs or more. All weights of each item are added to the total to come to a total number of pounds. As the total is based on a table, there may be times where the total for shipping paid by customer is much more than actual cost. In these cases, HoneyByrd Hobbies, shall refund the difference after calculating actual shipping cost plus materials used. Since shipment cost is not known until actual time of label creation, all monies are due as noted by the website checkout or by the invoice sent. Refund of shipping shall not be made until all actual costs are known.
Layaway Plan
For holiday arrival, Layaway must be paid up in full no later than the 10th of December.
Layaway Option:
•Should you request a layaway, I shall send you an invoice each time your fee is due.
•A deposit of 1/3 of the total value (plus shipping and tax, if applicable), shall be collected upon the first listing.
•Depending upon the time frame shall determine the amount of your weekly or monthly payment plan. Please understand, providing you with a Layaway option, takes up time and therefore charges are associated with time.
•A Five Dollars service fee shall be added to each invoice within the Layaway period. Example: You would like to purchase a $100 item and want to pay over 10 weeks. Your first listing shall be $33.33 (One Third of the items full value up front). Then over the next 10 weeks, you shall pay $11.67 ($6.67 plus $5 handling). Your total cost by the last listing shall be $150.03 ($33.33 plus $116.70). I just want to be honest up front. Of course if you would like to split this up over one payment per month for three months, then your cost would be $33.33 up front and then 3 payments of $27.22 ($22.22 plus $5 handling fee). Your total would then be $114.99. Should there be a shipping and/or tax costs, I shall build that into the total.
•No more than a 3 month Layaway window will be honored. Should you request additional time or a longer period of time, added fees shall be incurred which shall be negotiated at the time of request.
•Should you not pay within the agreed time frame, I shall refund your money, less any expenses incurred, including labor time spent, as well as 25% of total payments made. Please understand that during the time of your layaway, opportunities for selling have been lost. It is for this reason charges are incurred should you want to cancel your layaway.
•Only valid for US residents living in the lower 48 contiguous states.
