This set looks pretty good.  The chrome finish looks smooth and not pitted or scratched.  Some light scratching perhaps but nothing that stands out.  Near the handle shows some sign of rust/corrosion, but again not that severe.
 
 
I spend a great deal of time working on them to clean up 
scratches, dings and scuffs.  However, there's a limit to how much effort I put into them. 
I try to make them look as beautiful as they can be :).
