These pots were used in our HoneyByrd Sweets Homemade Chocolate-Covered Butter-Crunch Toffees and Brittles. The 5qt pots were able to cook 2 pounds of butter and the 3 1/2qt pots 1 1/2 pounds of butter without boiling over. It should be understood that these are used pots and have been put through to the test for over 10 years! Brand new they cost us over $2,500!! Individually they will sell for between $180 (for 3 1/2qt) and $250 (5qt) each for a total of $1300. Once I sell one, this listing will come down. I have measured each pot with quarts of water which I measured up to 1/2" from the lip of the pot. This gives a much more accurate idea of the volume. Others represent higher volumes which are unrealistic as you cannot cook to the brim.
